300+mW CW 650nm de Rode Diode van de Laser in Module
Te Koop:
Diode in Focusing Module w/Heat Sink + Driver Kit w/Heat Sink = $35.99
This diode is an open-can type which is much more powerful than the diodes with a can & glass window. This also means it is very fragile to touch, so be careful if removing the focusing lens. The diode is in a module capable of focusing to a pinpoint dot for maximum burning/beam power. You can burn white paper, smoke black rubber/foam instantly, make holes in paper currency, cut black tape, & burn a hole through the black plastic of a CD case in 3 seconds!. At 400mA of current this module measures at about 250mW of power after the optics. Without optics this module measures about 330mW at the same current. Some people drive these at 450mA of current and more, but should only be for brief moments and is not recommended for long term use. Others have pushed them to the edge at over 500mW of output power without optics. Good heat sinking should be used as this diode heats up rather quickly when operated way above lase threshold. A slide on heat sink is provided with the module in case your application requires it.
