dammmm, i hoped sins there was still red light emmitting, that the diode was still ok.

hi, i have green dpss module from "dreamlasers.com". the module is rated 35mW but the diode says "max 0,5w @ 500mA". is it possible to tune this diode ( and extra cooling) to 0,5w i think that the driver can handle 500mA but can the diode do this, and what will do this regarding the life time of the...
